If you have spotted a factual error, want to flag an out-of-date figure, or have a press, policy or general editorial enquiry, we want to hear from you. Corrections take priority over new work, so well-evidenced correction requests get the fastest reply.

Before you write

If you are contacting us about your own gambling, please be aware that we cannot provide treatment or counselling. The most useful thing we can do is point you to people who can. The fastest route to free, confidential help in the UK is the National Gambling Helpline run by GamCare on 0808 8020 133, available 24 hours a day.

For other types of enquiry, the points below help us reply faster.

Editorial contact form

Use the form below to send a message. We read every message, but please allow a few working days for a reply outside of urgent corrections.

How can we use the information you send?

The form is plain HTML and does not run client-side scripts. At deployment it will be wired to an email-delivery processor whose details will be listed on the privacy policy page.

Postal address and editorial hours

Address and email placeholders above will be replaced at deployment. The legal publisher and the responsible person are listed on the legal notice page.

What we cannot help with

We do not run any gambling product, so we cannot help with account problems, deposits, withdrawals, identity verification or bonus disputes at any operator. Those issues need to be raised directly with the operator, and, for UK-licensed operators, escalated through their Alternative Dispute Resolution provider and ultimately to the UK Gambling Commission.

We also cannot remove anyone from GamStop early. There is no service that can. If a third party is offering “early GamStop removal”, treat it as a scam. The only official route is through GamStop itself once the chosen term has ended, with identity re-verification and the mandatory cooling-off period as set out on the leaving GamStop the proper way page.
